All quotes provided by SR Enterprises are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Quotes are based on the specifications provided and may change if specifications are altered.
The client is responsible for supplying print-ready artwork. SR Enterprises is not responsible for errors in client-supplied files including spelling mistakes, color inaccuracies, or low-resolution images.
Turnaround times quoted are working days and begin upon receipt of approved artwork and payment deposit. SR Enterprises is not liable for delays caused by:
If a print job is defective due to our error, we will reprint the job at no charge. Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
We do not accept returns for jobs printed correctly to the approved proof. Colour variation of up to 10% from digital proofs is considered acceptable in commercial printing.
By supplying artwork for printing, the client confirms they own or have the legal right to reproduce all content. SR Enterprises is not responsible for any copyright infringement resulting from client-supplied files.
